Delete in the game (fastest)

1. Open Memory Farm and tap the Settings (gear) button.
2. Tap Account. If you play as a guest, link Apple or Google first so we know which account to delete.
3. Tap Delete account and confirm.

Delete by email

If you no longer have the game installed, email nguyendinhgioi1994@gmail.com with the subject "Delete my Memory Farm account". Send it from the email address of your Apple or Google account, or include your friend code. We'll confirm and delete your account within 30 days.

What gets deleted

• Your sign-in account and player ID
• Your cloud farm and all progress: crops, items, coins, level and XP
• Your profile, friends list, farm diary and leaderboard entries

What may be kept

• Reports about abusive behavior, for up to 12 months, to keep other players safe
• Anonymous analytics and crash data, which are not linked to your account, for up to 14 months
• Chat messages you sent are deleted automatically within about 24 hours regardless
