Memory FarmTerms of Service
These terms are an agreement between you and MMT Studio ("we", "us") for your use of Memory Farm: Cozy Village ("the game"). By installing or playing the game you agree to them and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the game.
1. Who can play
You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum age in your country) to play. If you are under the age of majority where you live, a parent or guardian must agree to these terms for you.
2. Your account
- You can play as a guest. Guest progress is tied to your device and can be lost if you delete the game. Link your farm to Apple or Google in Settings › Account to keep it safe.
- You are responsible for activity on your account. Do not share, sell or buy accounts.
- You can delete your account at any time (see Delete your account).
3. Playing fair and being kind
Picking a friend's crops, pranks and the guard dog are part of the fun. Real harm is not. You agree not to:
- harass, threaten, bully or impersonate other players, or post hateful, sexual, violent or illegal content in chat, nicknames or farm names;
- share personal information about yourself or others, or spam, advertise or send links;
- cheat, use bots, modified clients, exploits or automation, or manipulate leaderboards;
- interfere with the game's servers, reverse engineer the game except where the law allows it, or access data that is not yours.
We may filter or remove content, and we may warn, mute, reset progress, remove leaderboard scores, or suspend or terminate accounts that break these rules. You can report and block players from their profile.
4. Virtual items
Coins, crops, items, XP and other in-game content are a limited license to use within the game. They have no real-world money value, cannot be exchanged for cash, and cannot be transferred or sold outside the game. We may change the game economy and balance (for example prices, growth times and rewards) to keep the game fun and fair.
If we offer purchases in the future, they are processed by the Apple App Store or Google Play under their terms, and refunds are handled by them.
5. Ads
The game is free and supported by ads. Some rewards are available by choosing to watch an ad. See the Privacy Policy for your ad choices.
6. Content and intellectual property
The game, including its art, characters, music, text and code, belongs to MMT Studio or its licensors. You may take screenshots and videos of the game for personal, non-commercial sharing and streaming. You keep ownership of chat messages and names you create, and you give us a license to host, display and moderate them in the game.
7. Changes and availability
We may update, change or discontinue features or the game, and online features may occasionally be unavailable. If we decide to shut down the game we will try to give at least 30 days' notice in the game.
8. Disclaimers and liability
The game is provided "as is" and "as available". To the fullest extent permitted by law, we do not guarantee that it will be uninterrupted or error-free, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for loss of virtual items. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under consumer law in your country that cannot be excluded.
9. Apple-specific terms
If you downloaded the game from the App Store, these terms are between you and MMT Studio, not Apple. Apple is not responsible for the game or its support, and Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these terms. Your use must also follow the App Store Terms of Service.
10. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. If the changes are important we will tell you in the game. Continuing to play after an update means you accept the new terms.
